I have sleep apnea, arthritis, carpal tunnel, scoliosis and tendinitis. I'm in menopause. So sleep is often difficult. My CPAP (breathing mask) helps, but presents problems of its own. I won't take sleep medication, but I've been exploring herbal supplements. I've found relief with melatonin, in NatureMade SLEEP. I would recommend with caution. My younger son is rebuilding my kitchen cupboards. We did the floor and ceiling in 2011. Son trimmed, painted and repaired drywall last year. He's in the process of installing new countertops. We chose to  keep the old 60s cabinets and cupboards because although they're dinged up, they're made of plywood. I bought those Community Days coupon books in November. Most of the things I wanted were sold. The rest was still too high priced. What I did want couldn't be bought with the coupon. Anyway I got a pair of knee high boots. $80 regular price, down to $30 with sale/coupon. Good deal. But now two months later the zipper splits. Unfixable. I only wore them about 10 times.
