We eat a lot of fresh greens at our house. So I'm always looking for inexpensive kale, spinach, romaine and leaf lettuce, collard greens. Yes, I know, old folks like me remember when these veggies grew rampant and no one liked them. Now they have a cult following and command a higher price.
